Job DescriptionThis business-critical role within PD&I's Product Application Support team will be responsible for triaging and resolving questions logged by internal customers, completing daily and monthly reporting and providing education and support to internal customers. They will also be responsible for:Ensuring the end state of the business operation meets business objective(s) and that agreed upon SLAs are met. Identifying and rectifying issues related to systems supported including escalating to appropriate technology partners when resolution requires further intervention.Acting as product advocate through system promotion, user education and issue documentationGathering feedback and providing analysis in support of continual product improvementManaging targets for business partner satisfaction through survey feedback.May also lead small projects related to system capabilities, process improvement, or other related areas.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60300Maximum: 126600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 3-5 years related work experience- Familiarity with the new and renewal business Sales/Underwriting and Case Installation processes- Product and benefit experience/knowledge- Knowledge of Aetna quoting and benefit administration applications (AQC, CPQ, ABAT, and CCFE) and PERS/BPLVs- Proven communication skills both written and verbal- Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills- Flexibility and adaptability to changeCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
