Job DescriptionCVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the creation of best-in-class digital delivery within Attain. In this role, you will be technically leading a team of engineers to drive the delivery automation of our Platform. This role is focused on providing a seamless developer experience, identifying and analyzing system design issues, along with troubleshooting complex technical issues. In addition, this role will lead as a technical expert for the automation of access, incident, and problem management which will provide site reliability services while supporting operations of the platform. You will use your people management skills to support and mentor engineering professionals with deep and varying technical backgrounds and experience. You should have the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery, and have excellent software engineering and people management skills. A successful candidate will be a highly motivated, collaborative individual; motivated to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95000Maximum: 209000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications10+ years of DevOps experience on enterprise-class applicationsExperience with AWS, GCP, and other cloud-based services Experience providing self-service to engineers through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation principles.Experience with programming languages/frameworks: Terraform, Python/Go, Node.js, and JavaSupporting production environments at scale and leading incident/problem management with a demonstrated ability to leverage and maintain observability tools such as Kiali, Jaeger, NewRelic, Splunk.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
