Job DescriptionThe Financial Analyst role is part of the corporate office in Northbrook, Illinois with Work From Home options. You will be part of the Client Profitability Team supporting the Pharmacy Services Segment (PSS). This position is at a professional level and requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading Fortune 7 company. The role is part of the Client Profitability team and supports all aspects of the process. This includes providing decision support such as variance analysis, identifying trends, understanding key drivers and providing insightful commentaries of the financial performance.You must be able to work individually with a limited level of guidance, and as part of a collaborative team working across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives. You will have opportunities to work with internal business partners in a role with strong growth potential within the department, and within the company.The Financial Analyst position will require the individual to think strategically and tactically to devise solutions to achieve the highest accuracy with efficient processes to ensure delivering timely monthly client profit and loss statements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40600Maximum: 81100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Experience with Analysis for Office preferred. SAP S4 knowledge preferred. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or VBA a plus Experience designing and executing process improvements Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to build strong relationships with other teams within the company and be able to adapt to change. Ability to prioritize effectively to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, proactive demeanorEducationBachelor's in Accounting, Finance or MIS preferred.
