Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: As a Sr Manager you will be play an integral role in achieving CVS Health's goal of being a premier healthcare innovation company, while also driving financial results. In this role you will be the subject matter expert responsible for supporting the design, strategy and build of foundational analytical tools that drive rebate forecasting needs to support PBM pricing and underwriting functions. You will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the business and business needs to ensure analytical requirements are not only accurately captured but communicated to key stakeholders. You will support business validation testing and be responsible for performing overall data integrity checks using applications such as Tableau and Microsoft Excel. Finally, you will assist with the design and review of reporting packages created after data forecasting for utilization by downstream business partners as well as training underwriting on how to use this information to develop their pricing strategy. The ideal candidate is someone that can leverage both their PBM business and technology acumen (excel, Tableau) and is able to easily communicate complex business requirements in a manner that technical teams can interpret and implement.
