Job DescriptionThe Retail Pharmacy Data and Products is looking for an accomplished IT portfolio manager with previous experience managing IT task for large applications. The team is looking for a self-driven individual with solid communication and management skills to manage Rx Data and Products portfolio in alignment with IT strategic goals. This individual will lead the team to execute products/initiatives that fall under the Retail Rx Data and Products organization.At CVS Health, the Senior Manager IT Portfolio lead plays a leadership role in managing the portfolio, tracking capital & expense and provide status reporting to senior management. The Senior manager should have practical work experience in managing projects, working across with multiple applications and various business groups. They work autonomously to plan, supervise, and coordinate across various initiatives in the portfolio. Responsible for tracking and reporting the implementation of IT strategy for the Rx Data and Products portfolio Work closely with IT and Business partners to deliver projects on time and on budget. Provides reporting on team and project performance to leadership team Excellent Project management skills as well as knowledge of Agile frameworks or methods (Scrum, Kanban etc) Excellent planning and problem-solving skills and ability to work with management team and technical team members Ability to adapt to changing environment in terms of process and technology Experience managing large enterprise projects with multiple application and infrastructure teams Self-motivated and ability to stay focused in the middle of multiple moving items Ability to identify, manage and prevent risks to deliverables Ability to track budget effort - capital and labor Create weekly status report and monthly budget burn rate Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams Resolves team impediments to deliver project goals/business values Guide team on how to use Agile methodology practices, track and report to stakeholders Perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed Familiarity with healthcare or retail business process Familiarity with date warehousing tools and technologies, data analytics and cloud technologiesRequired Qualifications8+ years of prior related experience.
