Job DescriptionThe Manager, Medicare Local Paid Media reports to the Executive Director within Aetna's Paid Media Team. This individual is responsible for supporting the development and execution of local paid media, in support of local Medicare Marketing and Sales initiatives, to drive prospect leads and sales. This individual will act as the lead liaison between the Medicare Regional Marketing team and our external media agency partner, ensuring that every investment in Paid Media is strategically aligned, and effectively achieves business goals. The Manager will also work with the Sr. Manager and Director of Paid Media to ensure that local efforts are synergistically aligned with our holistic Medicare strategy. This person will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have the flexibility to take on opportunistic ad hoc requests. Partner with the Director and Sr. Manager of Paid Media, and external media agency, to oversee the strategic development and execution of local media efforts across multiple Medicare markets Provide guidance on local media, inclusive of offline channels (print, out-of-home, radio, TV), digital (display, video), and experiential/local media sponsorships Liaison between local Marketing stakeholders, external agency partners and cross-functional teams across Marketing, creative, and operations Manage local media efforts from beginning to end, ensuring that processes are followed, and deliverables and timelines are met Package media recommendations for key stakeholders in an accessible format Apply best practices from inside and outside CVS Health to drive meaningful and impactful solutions Support daily operations of the Paid Media team, including managing procurement submissions, and leading weekly calls on status of projectsRequired Qualifications4+ years of prior, relevant marketing experience required; agency experience or within internal media department preferredCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
