Job DescriptionReporting to the Executive Director, Agile PMO, the Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management will be responsible for a subset of business critical PMO Functions. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for the establishment, assessment, improvement, rollout, and training related to specific APMO processes and solutions. The Senior Manager will share in Agile PMO Operational responsibilities. They will prioritize, plan, manage and deliver against diverse demands from multiple stakeholders. Responsible for a subset of business critical Agile PMO Functions. Drive and manage numerous initiatives and distributed teams. Influence the solutions roadmap to best serve and be an integral part of the Agile PMO Processes. Analyze the end-to-end repercussions of proposed process and/or solution changes and make recommendations on approach. Define and drive the delivery of APMO processes and solutions. Share in the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensures solid coverage plans for critical/time-sensitive ongoing tasks. Focus on simplification, streamlining to produce usable processes that enable faster and easier project/program delivery. Ensure issues and questions related to processes & templates are addressed in a timely manner. Anticipate the needs of the users of the processes and proactively plans for next steps. Drive a continuous cycle of process improvements. Influence the plans for training. Partner with IT-wide organizations to understand demands /challenges and develops solutions to meet the demands. Proactively communicate with stakeholders to introduce improvements and market accomplishments.Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in related fields. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience managing geographically distributed teams. Ability to communicate with all levels of senior management in the organization. Excellent management skills including ability to execute and prioritize numerous tasks/work streams simultaneously Solid experience using multiple enterprise project management applications, templates, and tool sets.
