Job DescriptionAs the Strategic Account Director (SAD), you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to a Health Plan customer or book of business. You will have the opportunity to engage, understand and communicate the unique service needs of your client to key operational areas and throughout CVS Caremark.You will also have responsibility for the following:- Driving overall client satisfaction: including service delivery, operational support, reporting and meeting/exceeding all contractual guarantees- Leading and developing a team responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and successful delivery of day-to-day operational and contractual objectives.- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the client and internal partners to ensure a thorough understanding (and communicating) of all deliverables and requirements.- Identifying and presenting to the client additional service offerings which result in a win win for the client and CVS Caremark.- Identifying and driving process improvements throughout CVS Caremark to lower our costs, improve quality and provide additional services.Your success will be determined by your ability to drive superior client satisfaction, as measured by client surveys, as well as by high levels of engagement across your team. Your role as the SAD will require you to drive accountability among your team as well as a variety of teams across the enterprise. You will exhibit superior leadership competencies while exercising good judgment and diplomacy. Your ability to drive solutions that balance both client expectations and CVS Caremark objectives will be critical to your success in delivering strong results. You should have knowledge of processes as well as a deep understanding of CVS Caremark's services and products. In this role, you will play a meaningful role that supports CVS Caremark's success and position in the PBM Marketplace.This position can be based remotely in the U.S. or a CVS Corporate Hub with the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience managing client relationships and acting as the liaison in that relationship with variousinternal operational partners5+ years of leadership experience including having direct people managementCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
