The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides Human Resources partnership and support to multiple organizations within Aetna's Health Care Business, with a primary focus on Cross-Enterprise Strategic Innovation. This position is eligible for hybrid or full-time remote work depending on location, with minimal travel as needed to participate in business leadership or HR professional development events.The Sr. Manager, HRBP position works within a highly collaborative team of HRBPs supporting a large organization and will play a lead role on multiple cross-functional, high profile projects supporting Aetna. Additionally, the Sr. Manager will serve as a point of contact for business leaders regarding people-related talent priorities, playing a strategic role in partnering and consulting with multiple Vice President level leaders across Cross-Enterprise Strategic Innovation. Through this role's project and workstream leadership, they will gain valuable knowledge and understanding of Aetna's clinical workforce, which is integral to helping CVS Health members achieve their best health in an affordable, convenient and comprehensive manner as we transform the health care landscape. This role will focus on the following:-Lead project management in execution of major business and talent initiatives and facilitates positive change management. -Performance & Talent Management processes; project and change management; implementation of company-wide initiatives in the aligned business unit. -Provide leadership coaching, consultation and counsel in support of organizational effectiveness, and drive our teams towards building a single culture within a rapidly changing business. -Monitor, analyze and share relevant talent data to ensure consistent process improvement and positive change.
