Lead Director Data Products Architect

Job DescriptionThe Retail Pharmacy Data and Products is looking for Director to head Strategy Architecture and Business Solution. This role will lead a diverse team of high-performing senior architects and senior managers in designing solutions and implementing strategic programs to address the future of the retail pharmacy data warehouse and data platform to serve business needs. Partner with business and IT leaders in planning, developing, executing short & long-range goals, and retaining delivery accountability. Lead Strategy Architect, Business Solution Architect, and Business Analyst, Responsible for strategy, architecture, business solution, and Business planning. Lead effort for developing and scaling data-driven architecture to handle retail pharmacy business use cases leveraging big data and modern cloud architecture. Work closely with business strategy and program owners to ensure solutions deliver value to the business. Additionally, responsible for developing high-performance team culture and fostering collaboration with cross-functional partners across data strategy, BI/reporting, IT & business. Prepared and delivered presentations that translate data & analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement and communicate with senior management in a top-down manner Lead 10+ professionals to deliver in fast pace environments and ability to create a vision and roadmap Leads solution and strategy for data-centric migration efforts from on-prem to cloud platformsTo be successful in this role you will have: Lead and Manage 10+ professionals to deliver in fast pace environments Ability to handle multiple large-scale strategic initiatives Extensive knowledge and experience with data warehouse and data management technologies.
