Job DescriptionNegotiates, executes, reviews, and analyzes contracts and/or handles dispute resolution and settlement negotiations for various clients (i.e. self-funded, fully-insured, public and labor) of a benefits administration company in accordance with company standards while meeting and exceeding accessibility, compliance, quality, and cost initiatives.Leads assigned contract projects of a complex nature by executing corrective actions, communicating issues resolution, and identifying and utilizing key milestones, stakeholders, and resources needed to ensure timely and successful contract negotiations. Manages contract risks and issues and communications of such risks and issues to stakeholders. Ensures completion of projects and goals within identified service levels and timeframes. Implements process improvement solutions that strengthen accountability and promote effective risk management. Develops contract language and utilizes, and contributes to all contract team tools, As required, verifies contract compliance. Communicates effectively with Senior Management, internal customers to maintain working relationships. Applies knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
