Job DescriptionThis role will lead product development efforts to advance CVS Retail Omnichannel Strategy. This role will develop and deploy detailed projects to improve our retail pharmacy system and related CVS IT systems to optimize the strategy and execution of CVS pharmacy communications. This will require the role to oversee the full product development lifecycle from inception to completion for various projects in the Omnichannel portfolio. The role will interact regularly with corporate leaders at the Executive Director and VP level in the Retail Pharmacy and Digital orgnizations to set direction for communications strategy.A critical function of the role will be to collobrate cross-functionally with partners - including Pharmacy program owners, IT systems, Digital partners, and our Legal experts - to lead team projects. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and enhancements of various projects, and will partner in driving the strategy and vision for the broader team.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in a role that involves strategic problem solving and/or new product development (e.g., consulting), retail, or a retail pharmacy role3+ years of experience in MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
