Job DescriptionAs a Duals Member Experience Senior Training Analyst in the rapidly growing duals organization, you'll be supporting the Duals Member Experience transformation work. Your primary role will be developing content, evaluating effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for improvement in our training materials, workflows, and programs. This is a highly collaborative role working with business partners across Aetna and CVS organizations to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions. Responsibilities include: - Identifies opportunities and areas for improvement of existing trainings, materials, and workflow processes- Collaborate with business partners to identify individual or departmental performance or knowledge gaps and develop solutions- Collaborate with business partners to monitor successful knowledge transfer to the job- Designs and develops curriculum - Develops and delivers training sessions - Develop materials and trainings in collaboration with L&P and operational areas involved in supporting the model.Required Qualifications- 5-7 years experience in managed care/health insurance industry, Duals, Medicare, and/or Medicaid populations- Experience developing and delivering training curriculum- Excellent written and communication skills- Virtual presentation skills- Video and visual communication skills- Project management experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
