Then the Lead Director, CSR & Philanthropy role is the perfect fit for youThe Lead Director, CSR & Philanthropy leads all sustainability data management to support board-mandated enterprise initiatives including CSR performance targets and other reporting needs (including science-based emissions target and Scope 3 supplier data). Maintains the company's leadership position through shareholder-required submissions to Carbon Disclosure Project, Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Newsweek Green Rankings, Corporate Responsibility Magazine and other sustainability ratings and rankings.Responsible for all strategic planning, analysis and enterprise recommendations related to reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, carbon accounting and reporting. You will collaborate with Senior leaders across the Enterprise around goal setting and key program development as well as managing all agencies/processes for data analysis, verification and filing support as well as any other consultant managementWill consider fully remote.Required Qualifications Sustainability data analytics and reporting including working with Carbon Disclosure Project GHG Emissions accounting, sustainability KPI and science-based target tracking ESG (Environmental Social, & Governance), energy and sustainability software, such as Salesforce Net-Zero Cloud, Persefoni, Engie Insight, Credit360, or Enablon External Reporting software such as Workiva etc. Ability to communicate complex findings and recommendations with simplicityCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
