Job DescriptionThis position can sit anywhere in the US, preferably in Dallas or Chicago. Ideal candidate will have management consulting and operations background. CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM Benefits Operations team as Senior Project Manager, PBM Transformation This role will have responsibility for assigned initiatives which could include, but are not limited to, strategic assessments, operational assessments, process analysis, opportunity identification, workshop facilitation, improvement execution, and control plan development and management. You will collaborate with the Member Services, the PBM, and other enterprise colleagues and leaders to drive complex cross-functional projects to successful completion through operations excellence while accelerating the achievement of business objectives. This is a broad role which requires oversight of technical and business complexities within our PBM business.Project Management Responsibilities Leverage a standard framework for end-to-end project management to deliver quality predictable outcomes  Bring together people from various parts of the organization to build and manage integrated projects that serve our clients and members  Conduct plans including developing charters, project plans, action plans, resources, risks, etc. working autonomously or in some cases alongside other business and technology resources Execute plans and track critical metrics to ensure processes are improving as expected  Ensure project timelines are clearly articulated and the project remains on track  Track quality, experience, financial and other non-financial benefits resulting from projects Design and implement control plans to ensure processes remains in control  Use PowerPoint to develop project overview and update presentations to be presented to peers, project sponsors, and senior leadership  Lead cross functional teams that do not directly report into youAdditional Core Responsibilities Structured & Logical Thinking: Ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success. Analytical Rigor: Proven capability conducting and managing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
