We support CVS Caremark's vast marketing portfolio which includes B2B and B2C marketing activity.We are seeking a player / coach to help manage the marketing operation designers. You will collaborate with our strategic marketing teams and business partners to bring our brand story - visually to life. You will be responsible for the creative execution for our marketing department production design. Our clients include both B2B businesses, health plans, governments, consultants as well as our B2C members who are our consumer and users of our services. We are looking for an experienced people manager who can bring the best out of a creative team while managing the cross functional aspects of being part of a matrixed marketing organization. A problem solver who will help us reimagine how CVS Caremark businesses visually shows up in the market. This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with longer-term planning. A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment is required. We are looking for a marketing innovator and visionary who can take the client and prospect experience to new heights.Major Responsibilities Include: Leading and managing a team of 4-5 creative and presentation designers with various creative challenges bringing creative cohesion to the greater marketing organization Designing execution of B2B and B2C marketing materials (From individual member letters to digital B2B experiences) Leading and directing internal teams executing across mediums of digital, brand, print, social, presentation, and webinars. Mentor and coach team members to keep a high bar on our overall creative and design thinking. Own operational and process direction, manage resources and ensure timelines, as well as the team service level agreement with the various business units supported.Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising as a CD/art director 8+ years' experience managing a creative team, including creative operations Extensive experience developing strategically grounded, brilliant creative design applied in a variety of mediums - video, stories, marketing collateral, events, digital experiences, websites, and media campaigns Entrepreneurial - growth minded guiding both internal partners and the team to reinvent new ways to deliver design as well as the tenacity, bravery and experience in seeing the big opportunities to thrive Storytelling and communications skills. Experience bringing an idea to life from a white board through creative execution Strategic - Understanding of brand, B2B and B2C marketing and how to build relevant creative strategies and designing best in class experiences Leadership - The experience to be an inspirational and transparent leader with the direct team, track record of developing creative talent, as well as with cross-functional partners Expert Adobe skills (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) Experience with Figma, Miro or SketchCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
