Job Description As Sr. Manager, Strategy & Product Management you will be responsible for Aetna's Individual & Family Plans (IFP) product innovation strategy and growth planning. You will have accountability for the strategic oversight of the lifecycle of forward-thinking product strategy including service area expansion, product innovation, improvements to competitive position in order to continue to drive membership growth and plan performance. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing micro-market multi-year growth plans, competitive landscape analysis, and serve as lead for each market's strategic aspects related to the IFP Product. In addition, you will be responsible for providing cross-functional leadership to internal and external resources to execute against business plans and strategies.This position is remote and can be worked in any state within the United States. The position will report to the Lead Director, Strategy & Product Management.Required Qualifications 5 years or more experience in developing and implementing new business strategies 5 years or more experience in healthcare or health plan product role 2+ year of ACA health plan product experience required Strong presentation skills, experience in executive briefing and influencing power to engage wide variety of partners Strong financial and analytical background Proven track record for project and program management skills in highly matrixed environmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
