Meet with art director to determine the scope of a projectAdvise on strategies to reach a particular audienceDetermine the message the design should portrayCreate images that identify a product or convey a messageDevelop graphics and visual for product illustrations and packaging.Create designs either by hand or using computer software packagesSelect colors, images, text style, and layoutIncorporate changes recommended by the Art Director into the final designReview designs for errors before printing or publishing them Bachelor's Degree is preferred in visual communications or graphic design. Minimal requirement of Associates Degree and equivalent industry experience will be considered. 2-5 years of direct experience in Graphic Design Experience with packaging design (beauty brand preferred)Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Flash)Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)EEO/M/F/Disabled/Vet
