Job DescriptionThis role will function as the CFO for PEO Small Group for Aetna Commercial Business, reporting in to HCB Finance team.Partner with the HCB PEO Small Group leaders to execute business priorities and manage full P&L responsibility.Proactive approach to drive results and team in order to meet goals of the business.Lead development of financial budgets and forecasting tools and processes.Identify emerging product/market trends vulnerabilities and opportunities through analysis, and develop action plans accordingly.Partner with other financial disciplines, i.e. Actuarial, Medical Economics, as needed to ensure rates align with financial performance targets.
