Job DescriptionLead a team to support the decision-making process for significant matters that impact financial analysis, budgets, forecasts and reporting for the Specialty Pharmacy and Care Plus Pharmacy organizations. This includes direct support of multiple Executive Leaders and over $1B in expense management-Manage team of finance professionals at multiple geographic sites-Provide business decision support and guidance to multiple operational leaders around varying financial planning and analysis matters as they relate to running a complex pharmacy operation-Manage budget, forecast and monthly financial close process -Mentor and develop a team of support staff that work directly with the cost owners to align timing and appropriate accounting practices while also completing monthly executive results reporting to be used at regular Senior Management meetings-Supports and works closely with multiple Operational leaders and groups to provide financial guidance to drive operational efficiencies through project leadership, tracking and ROI analysis - Partner directly with specialty operations leaders & resource planning leadership to ensure financial plans accurately represent resource requirements that align with operational service targets, volume and efficiency expectations as well as cost reduction initiative impacts.-Prepare and present relevant materials to various senior leadership groups -Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including developing and presenting strategic plans and presentations to executive and technical audiences with the goal of obtaining feedback and alignment on project goals and delivery strategiesRequired Qualifications- 10+ years' experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
