Job DescriptionNon-Cyber Operations Senior ManagerCVS Health's Corporate Security and Resiliency (CS&R) group is seeking a Senior Manager for the Global Response and Operational Intelligence program which includes accountability for managing CVS Health's non cyber Enterprise Command Center. The center's mission is to serve as the enterprise-level hub for facilitating physical threat and risk event information sharing and operational coordination, as well as provide situational awareness to senior leaders and business partners to achieve a constant state of readiness capability and enable timely decision-making and response actions to mitigate physcial threats, risk events, or crisis situations that may affect CVS Health's employees, customers, supply chain, operational capabilities or brand. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the 24/7 phyiscal security command centers that integrates an enterprise-wide all hazards operational risk strategy for emergency / incident reporting, physical threat / risk monitoring and analysis, situational awareness, and incident response, coordination and communication. The ideal candidate will be a results oriented leader, with experience managing an integrated physical security operations center responsible for global threat monitoring and analysis, emergency response, and incident response coordination within a large private or public organization.Required Qualifications 6+ years' experience managing a 24/7 operations / command center environment with responsibility for threat monitoring and analysis, information sharing, emergency/incident reporting, triage, and communications Minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating emergency, incident response or critical event situations with multi-functional partners and teams 3+ years' experience utilizing threat monitoring tools Experience providing threat and incident briefings to senior leaders and response stakeholders 3+ years' experience leading teams Ability to be in the office 2-3 days per week 24/7 on call / availability based on critical needsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
