Job DescriptionAs a Senior Marketing Manager for the PBM Member & Patient Experience team, you will be addressing the needs of our members and patients by developing and executing omnichannel communication strategies that influence positive health outcomes for our members and patients and drives behavior to digitally engage. Specifically, you will be directly supporting the PBM Member Communications Transformation Initiative.The Senior Marketing Manager requires a consumer-obsessed mindset with ability to understand the member journey, digest & interpret data and research, and help with the development and execution of integrated communication strategies. This role is best suited for someone with a highly collaborative nature, accustomed to and enjoys supporting large, multifaceted projects, and has experience working across highly matrixed organizations with a variety of business partners and senior leaders. This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a deep knowledge of B2C communication campaign development and execution.Success of this initiative will be measured by increased member satisfaction, reduced cost of service, and increased digital adoption.Key responsibilities:Synthesize member insights, campaign data, research to help shape strategic communicationsLead evaluation of end-to-end member experience related to each communication and determine opportunities to integrate digital channelsCross functional leadership and collaboration on campaign development and delivery, including creative, analytics, digital, product, clinical, operations and legal, and external agency partnerProvide feedback on creative execution and marketing activations to ensure the results are delivering on goals and KPIsSupport research to test optimized member communications and establish benchmarksSupport development and roll out of communications governance process and playbook that will set standard on communication development for PSSRequired Qualifications7+ years of B2C marketing experienceExperience supporting B2C campaign strategies, integrated marketing plans, and communication developmentCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
