Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for communications to support the Chief Customer Officer and Co-President of CVS Pharmacy at CVS Health. This is a unique opportunity to shape multiple aspects of internal and external engagement plans in a dynamic organization. The right candidate is a thinker, a doer, a storyteller, and a collaborator, with curiosity and the strong leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm and passion.This role focuses on three key areas: 1) Develop and execute a purposeful, well-managed internal engagement strategy that: Thoughtfully articulates our strategy, priorities, and progress Inspires employees to do their best work and recognizes how their work contributes to the company's success Showcases a diverse workforce and elevates new voices Celebrates our achievements, acknowledges our mistakes, and shares our learnings2) Create and manage an authentic external engagement strategy, in partnership with government affairs and corporate communications that: Positions CVS Health's Chief Customer Officer and Co-President of CVS Pharmacy as a customer champion and a marketing thought-leader through social media Elevates the CVS Health brand in the marketplace Strategically expands reach and deepens engagement in relevant conversations around diversity, social justice and equity3) Build and nurture a culture transformation strategy in partnership with leaders and employees that: Supports on our people and reinforces our values and our purpose Centers on testing, learning, and iterating to deliver outcomes for our customers Focuses on continuous improvement, understanding what is working and what is notResponsibilities include: Set the engagement strategy for CVS Health's Chief Customer Officer Recognize and develop compelling stories, in partnership with the team, and deliver to appropriate audience at the right time, in the right channel(s) Maintain content calendar, adjusting and re-planning as necessary to align with business objectives Manage leadership/conference speaking opportunities to further spread brand awareness and reac Report on and analyze results, and make recommendations to ensure communication programs are efficient and effective Pilot and scale effective cultural transformation strategies, in partnership with the teamRequired Qualifications 3+ years' experience working in executive communications Outstanding ability to capture the executive's voice and elevate their content and presence Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability and agility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Experience navigating a complex, matrixed organization, and confidence and poise to work closely with senior executivesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
