Job DescriptionThe Account Manager, Pharmacy and Health Services, is responsible for supporting the Account Service function in the CVS Health internal advertising agency. You will be responsible for overseeing advertising and marketing communications programs on behalf of our Marketing Strategy partners. Campaigns will include products and services such as CVS Pharmacy and MinuteClinic and encompass paid, owned, digital and social. You will partner with the Creative Director and Account Planner to lead the development of campaigns and overall performance of the agency. You should have significant experience at a high performing advertising or digital agency and be fluent in communications strategy, account management, consumer research and journeys, and media. You should understand the power of and be able to inspire and support great creative; appreciate the value of and have experience working with great Account Planners; and be comfortable discussing TV and digital production.The Account Manager should have the ability and ambition to work in an agency environment with team members who are capable of doing strategic and creative work that is comparable to A-list agencies. You should have a portfolio filled with innovative, multi-channel campaigns with examples of both brand-building and sales-driving work. Responsibilities include: Build relationships and partner with Marketing Strategy and Creative, mobilizing the integrated team towards high-caliber work that meets objectives; and drive overall performance of the in-house agency. Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns from helping define objectives to the flawless execution of asset development for paid and owned media. This will include proactive communications among project team members and with business partners as you gather input from team leads to recommend and facilitate efficient workflows; and set objectives for activities and meetings. Help support the creation and evolution of the Account Services function, looking for opportunities to streamline and bring best practices from external agency ways of working Assist in the trafficking of assets and successful deployment of campaigns. Passion for the power of great creative and ability to inspire and advocate for it; strategically oriented. Appreciation of the value of working with great Strategic Planners and experience partnering together. Well versed in broadcast and digital production and workflow; experience with creative rotations, talent management and trafficking of assets for paid media. Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital environments, and experience with content development. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, communicate effectively across integrated teams and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity; be solutions-oriented in situations that call for frequent changes in direction and tight timelines Proactive, detail-oriented, thorough, collaborative team player.
