Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a top tier analytics professional to join our team as a Senior Analytics Consultant, Health App Marketing, you will drive the next level of growth with CVS Health and Aetna with a bold new approach to total health; a national B2C healthcare brand reaching millions of prospects and members. Additionally, you will leverage data analytics from customers experience and consulting skills to help us attract new members and keep our current ones happy and healthy. As a member of the team, you will bridge the marketing strategy and technical deployment of many different journeys across multiple lines of business. WFH FlexibilityResponsibilities: Design marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns to promote our mobile apps that promote healthy lifestyles and access to member benefits. Develop marketing audiences, set up test designs and strategies, and communicate out results for commercial marketing programs Create consumer and member audiences based off trigger events and other business rules for both online and offline channels Connect audiences to targeted media across multiple channels (email, direct mail, online) Track consumers and members across multiple touchpoints along the journey from consumer to member Construct datasets for reporting and dashboards for monitoring commercial marketing program progress across multiple touchpoints Launch, measure and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to improve program performance across key indicators Mine data for insights and performance improvement opportunities to continually enhance consumer and member journeys Engage with marketing stakeholders to understand go-to-market plans, support marketing strategies with data driven insights, and assist in planning for member growth Manage multiple work streams and projects using excellent time management and planning skills to ensure on time deployment and high-quality results Utilize excellent data storytelling techniques to create presentations and content that easily communicates answers to complex problems in a clear and compelling wayRequired Qualifications 3+ years of relevant analytic experience 3+ years using R or Python 3+ years of experience in SQL, intermediate to advanced level 1+ years of Machine Learning (regression / classification / unsupervised)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
