Job DescriptionAccount Management of clients with 100-3000 members. Day to day communication with Clients as well as internal Aetna functions such as claims management, medical directors, colleagues and leadership. Produces Reports as needed. Management of enrollment process and annual plan renewals.Required QualificationsPrevious client management experience with employer sponsored health and wellbeing plans. Active Life and Health License. WIllingness to travel within the states of Ohio and Kentucky as needed. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Good problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and MS Word.
