You will report to MarTech Product Management Lead Director, Medicaid.The Digital Product Manager, Medicaid will prioritize projects based on business and customer needs; evaluate and build site experiences and integrations.You job responsibilities will be to: Interpret user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovation opportunities Work closely with cross-functional partners in design, technology, product and operations to define and refine business requirements Define a roadmap of new site changes and functionality Act as the Product Owner for the Agile Scrum teams Lead end-to-end project management, from concept development to post-launch analysis Meet all control requirements to ensure successful, compliant product launches Focus on innovation, latest technologies, and making recommendations on the strategic use of technology. Manage relationships with both your department leaders, internal technology users, IT organization, Customer Experience SMEs and creative teams Ensure all project efforts bring value and support the broader enterpriseWho you are: Detail oriented - You're organized and understand the importance of documentation when working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
