Job DescriptionThe Strategic Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Acquisition Marketing team's campaign planning, delivery, reporting and documentation. In addition, he/she supports departmental operations such as budget tracking and meeting management. Specific duties include: Provide project management support for our year round and AEP specific initiatives. Act as the single point of contact between internal and external departments. Assist with the development of team presentations such as market training decks, reporting decks and playbooks. Submit copydecks to compliance for review and approval. Ensure best knowledge of disclaimers, brand and copy are correct prior to submission. Assist Marketing Managers with toll free numbers (TFN), APNs, vanity URL, , tracking and QuickBase submissions. Assist Marketing managers with campaign reporting. E.g., open rates, Telesales data, enrollments, RSVPS for war room reports and decks. Submit kitsheets and campaign level documents to CORS for Direct mail, email and digital campaigns. Maintain master list (Source of Truth) of all acquisition campaign details (TFNs, CMS #'s, URL etc.) and ensure that Teams site, SharePoint and marketing shared drive is organized and up to date. Help the team ensure that materials match approved content through extensive validation/proofing process. Provide budget management support to Department Manager Develop and manage high-level campaign calendar for the team, including drop dates, quantities, etc. Document processes, e.g., Lessons Learned, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and update and maintain market contact lists, etc. Plan and manage team meetings. E.g., coordinate agendas, take and distribute meeting notes, track next steps, etc. Assist with the development of one-off communications-- such as email and direct mail-- and flyers (i.e. value-added benefits such as dental, vision, hearing, flu/Covid-19 vaccine etc.). Work with SMEs to provide direction on content and circulate through standard Medicare approval process (CST/MRT).
