Job DescriptionAs a Senior TA Partner for Aetna Health Care business you will be recognized as a thought leader within Talent Acquisition, functioning as a high level recruiting strategist. You will perform all the duties of a TA Partner, including but not limited to: managing full life-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders and HRBP's, meeting the goals and metrics for the team, and managing your day-to-day priorities. You will also assist in the development of high level recruiting strategies, including the management of difficult to fill positions, senior level positions, and high-touch positions for special projects.You must be able to eagerly and easily flex between assignments as needed, and lead highly visible project teams that will require extensive reporting with senior leader and executive visibility. This role is going to be working across business units, so you must be willing to learn and participate in new and evolving business areas. You will plan and execute on project teams in order to proactively recruit with comprehensive and leading edge recruiting and sourcing techniques. You will be seen as a knowledgeable subject matter expert within TA and the businesses you support, being sought out as the trusted advisor on the team. You will lead the charge as a point of contact for internal business partners, HRBP's, and peers within TA. This includes, but is not limited to:Managing all report-building and distribution for the team, as requested by TA Leadership, HRBP's, and business leaders. This could be done within Starsource DIT, Excel, or PowerPoint. Manage and/or attend any regular touch base calls with business leaders and/or HRBP's.Lead project teams and execute initiatives across your smaller TA team, including thinking more globally about how projects and initiatives can influence the overall TA team. Function as the subject matter expert for the resources and technology that we use as a team: Starsource, HireVue, Amplify, Starsource DIT reporting, Certiphi, HRSS processes, MS Excel and PowerPoint, LinkedIn, Cognos, and Sharepoint. Indirectly leading and mentoring team members, including guiding the work of Contractors on the team.The contributions you will make as the Senior TA Partner will directly impact the success of the overall TA team, and contribute to the efforts of making the CVS TA team a category of one.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferrably in Sales for a large Healthcare company- 3+ years of high volume recruiting and sourcing experience is required, including demonstrated experience delivering high impact recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace while creating positive collaboration with the business.- 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience, reporting experience, and TA technology expertise.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of training experience, including developing the training content and schedule, specifically including training new TA Partners.Project management experience working across enterprise hiring initiatives.Experience with Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint, or other process flow/project management and presentation tools.
