Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator is critical to ensuring that candidates have the best experience possible and that Talent Acquisition operations run smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams, from recruiters and hiring managers to department heads, department administration and other internal stakeholders. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:- Supporting 3-5 Recruiters with scheduling interviews (phone, video and in-office)- Working with all stakeholders to ensure that our recruiting process is being followed- Participate in a variety of operations-based projects to help our Talent Acquisition Team to meet and exceed corporate objectives- Work directly with candidates to arrange travel through our internal travel agency and then process their expenses post interview for refund- Work directly with recruiters and leadership to ensure a very positive candidate experience - Potentially using different sites, including our internal database to source for candidates- Maintaining interview and onboarding trackers- Entering requisitions into ATS (about 25% of the time)Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment Minimum of 1 year of experience working in HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency either as a Recruiting Coordinator and/or Office Manager with basic understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies, and administrative procedures Current experience as a TA Coordinator supporting the Enterprise Digital TeamCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
