Job DescriptionAs the Business Development Proposal Qualification and Process Manager, you will be responsible for the management of activities regarding the intake of projects, qualification responses and proposal development. The Manager will work with various teams including but not limited to Business Development (BD), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Pricing, Operations and Legal to complete all aspects of proposal development. The proposal, intake and qualification services will support three major areas: Conduct & Delivery, Patient Recruitment and Real-World Evidence (RWE) with a heavy focus on drafting proposals.What you'll do: Partner with BD, the SME and those working in operations and finance to identify, advise and create proposal strategies. Work with the Contracts/Legal team to prepare SOWs Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned RFI's and RFPs from receipt through delivery. Customize proposal text for specific opportunities Address proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews and approvals. Provide proposal guidance and mentoring Assist with initiatives and process improvements Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience drafting proposals within the life science areas of clinical trials and/or CRO/pharmaceutical industries.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
