Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a senior manager to join our Pharmacy Benefit Management (CVS Caremark) Communications team, focused on developing and executing robust internal and external communications strategies to support our senior leadership, core narrative and content strategy. You are a strategist and storyteller and expert on target audiences, and you are adept at developing strategic plans and processes for engagement and activation across communications channels. You will be a key strategic partner within the CVS Caremark organization and beyond, collaborating across the enterprise to achieve communications and business goals. You will bring new thought leadership ideas to the table that keep key audiences informed and inspired. Your areas of focus will include:-Research, develop, recommend and execute communications strategies to foster sharing of our content strategy across platforms and audiences-Develop and execute thought leadership strategies and tactics across the senior leadership team-Grow strong relationships with partners across the enterprise with colleagues at a variety of levels, both within and outside of Enterprise Communications-Leverage your deep expertise to identify and provide recommendations for changes in communications strategy to drive more impactful results and colleague engagement -Prepare materials and presentations in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise and demonstrates results and impact. Communicates and influences at all levels of the organization.Required Qualifications-Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant communications experience that includes professional writing and editing, content marketing, and/or digital marketing -Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations or related field required.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications-3-5 years of experience in health care communications and change management programs or equivalent education/experience-Superb writing, editing, and proofreading skills for websites and digital properties using AP Style-Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
