Job DescriptionAs a Lead Director Business Consultant, you are responsible for driving Public Sector K-12 and universities solution growth through active involvement with Public and Labor Segment (PLS) Field Sales and Service Teams, community-based, grassroots, relationship-building efforts with executive level leadership and with those in the community who can influence (request for proposal) RFP outcomes. In this role, you will focus on public sector and labor (request for proposal) RFP opportunities to understand and strategize on Plan Sponsor solutions for sales and retention efforts. The Lead Director Business Consultant position is responsible for bringing together Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), collecting, evaluating and communicating best practices to PLS Field Teams and/or external constituents (Plan Sponsors, brokers/consultants, and prospects). The role will Act as the Center of Excellence (COE) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and represent Public and Labor Segment on all wellness related topics as well as partner with COE, Field and other resources to help drive sales and retention for Public Sector and Labor.Also you will leverage internal and external networking to drive optimal initiative results and knowledge and best practice transfer, along with understanding Aetna solutions and be able to effectively communicate them to Plan Sponsors, Prospects and Broker/Consultants helping illustrate their value to Plan Sponsors and members.Additional responsibilities of the Lead Director Business Consultant include:- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and independently influences business leader(s) to act or change behavior through complex negotiations and/or expert consultation that promotes issue resolution- Communicate compelling and concise results to empower business owner in decision making process regarding project opportunities- Conduct thorough business case and external customer value analysis to determine selection, prioritization positioning and approach for broadest range of potential solutions (e.g., outsourcing, process improvements, technology solutions)- Fully integrate baseline and metrics tracking into initiative planning and execution for optimal results- Share joint accountability for wellness initiative's return on investment- Provide oversight to or drives initiative planning as required- Develop and deliver all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials- Gather, analyze and synthesize competitive intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives- Facilitate diverse internal and external networks, as appropriate, for data gathering and best practice identificationRequired Qualifications- 10 years or more of experience in education consulting, management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, public sector, national organizations, and/or community based initiatives- At least 10 years of Public and Labor experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
