Job DescriptionAetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Burlington, MA: Sr. Manager, Digital Engineering to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for CVS Health's digital transformation and digital products. Duties include: plan project stages and help in implementing the digital roadmap to enable delivery of products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness; lead and guide the work of Quality Engineering team and set goals using defined metrics to track progress; monitor project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope and adjust team pace and progress to instill urgency for success but protect from burnout; confer with inter-team project personnel and different Agile teams to identify and resolve problems either within the same solution or across solutions in the organization; ensure project stakeholders are informed of progress and risks in a timely manner by translating the information from the team's "task boards", "burn downs", and ROAM, and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; support the professional development of Quality Engineering team members through mentoring and training; submit project deliverables and be accountable for technical output of team in coordination with senior team members; provide guidance to the team on technical and process aspects to promote sound testing principles, and contribute to improving Quality Engineering practices.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in each of the following: Software development life cycle; Quality assurance engineering support for retail or healthcare industry; Design, development or implementation of test automation frameworks; Mobile or web based applications, platforms, testing processes, methodologies and tools; CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps; and Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
