Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Marketing Analytics) to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, (Marketing Analytics) you will drive the next level of growth with CVS Health and Aetna with a bold new approach to total health; a national B2C healthcare brand reaching millions of prospects and members. Additionally, you will leverage data analytics from customers experience and consulting skills to help us attract new members and keep our current ones happy and healthy. As a member of the team, you will bridge the marketing strategy and technical deployment of many different journeys across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities: Partner with marketing stakeholders to design, develop and execute lifecycle marketing journeys and the occasional one-off campaign Create prospect and member audiences based off trigger events and other business rules Connect audiences to targeted media across multiple channels (email, direct mail, online) Track prospects and members across multiple touchpoints along the journey (web, call center, brokers) Capture micro-conversions and other sales events along the path Construct datasets for reporting and dashboards for monitoring journey progress across multiple touchpoints Launch, measure and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to improve program performance across key indicators Mine data for insights and improvements to continually enhance prospect and member journeysHybrid work Location options (2 days onsite every other week): NYC; Hartford, CT or Boston, MA area.Required Qualifications 2+ years' experience in lifecycle marketing analytics in a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer environment Hands on experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms (example Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Unica Campaign, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms) Experienced in SQL (technical test required)COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
