Job DescriptionThe Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing is responsible for increasing the efficacy of the Omnicare Sales team. Through improved buyer engagement and executing Go To Market content that translates the Omnicare value proposition and offerings, this role will support driving Sales organizational alignment and pipeline acceleration. This role also is responsible for leading the marketing and sales enablement teams, who evaluate and evolve Sales competency development and Sales training in partnership with field leadership. These teams use data driven insights to help influence the positive direction of the Sales team. The Director of Sales Enablement and Marketing is responsible for ensuring the successful identification, recruitment, and development of a high performing team across the entire department and providing leadership resulting in the consistent achievement or the exceeding of all goals and objectives. This leader directly supervises the colleagues accountable for leading the following functions: Marketing and Sales Enablement.Key Responsibilities1. Drive Sales growth through multi-source lead generation and optimization of the Sales process and marketing content, maximizing the sales pipeline and process efficacy. 2. Make data driven decisions to improve prospect opportunities through marketing tools and technology including Sales marketing content and advised on field marketing strategy. Utilize Sales data to create Sales forecast and make recommendations for Sales operations.3. Ensure Sales competency proficiency and execute training on competencies as needed including but not limited to new Sales team curriculum, sales playbooks and other Sales competency- based training as needed and in collaboration with other teams (i.e. product training).4. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and key cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Compensation, Internal Operations, Account Teams) to facilitate Sales processes and projects (Sales Success Initiative, Sales Incentive Compensation Administration, Salesforce management). In collaboration with other Omnicare functional areas, support COLT through the development process and constant refreshing of our Go To Market strategy including our Value Prop. 5. Manage the Marketing and Sales enablement team including hiring, training, talent development and performance management direct and indirect teams.6. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Marketing and Sales Enablement experience in a comparable industry (Long Term Care, PBM, Healthcare) Experience with managing a team of both direct and indirect Prior experience with Salesforce for CRM management Strong leadership and management experience able to lead remote teams through ambiguity and complexity Exemplary oral and written communication skills and overall organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate externally and internally with all levels throughout the organization Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to making sound project, prioritization, and financial business decisions Track record of building high performing teams and developing key talent. Demonstrated passion for bringing new leaders along and helping them to realize their ability to impact the business Ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership.
