Job DescriptionThis role will be 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ.Position Summary :As the Logistics Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for the Phoenix Distribution Center. Duties are complex in nature and involve access to confidential information and include, but are not limited to: composing correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents and reports; maintaining attendance logs; upkeep of colleague files; payroll needs; incentive reports; managing 3rd party employee list; flexibility and willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications- 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience required- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience required- Ability to lift 30 poundsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
