Job DescriptionAs a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Corporate Growth team, you will be recognized as a leader within Talent Acquisition. You partner directly with senior business and human resource leaders and finance to drive and develop high level recruitment strategies in an agile environment. You recruit for high level roles across the organization as well as manage a team of talent acquisition partners. You can flex between assignments and lead highly visible projects that require reporting and will have executive visibility. You work across business units, so you will learn and participate in new and evolving business areas. You plan and proactively recruit with comprehensive and leading-edge recruiting and sourcing techniques. We rely on you to be a knowledgeable and trusted subject matter expert within Talent Acquisition and the businesses you support. You will be sought out as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the team. This includes but not limited to: Lead and develop a team of senior level Talent Acquisition Partners, serve as a point of escalation for all requisitions in your portfolio. Partner with the business and key Human Resource partners to design, build, execute, and measure a strategic recruiting plan to attract the world's best talent. Act as a consultative partner with HR business partners, senior business leaders, and finance colleagues to influence organizational design and buildout Use data to solve problems in all areas of recruiting and define success, translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders. Improve processes and efficiencies and champion innovative talent acquisition ideas. Function as subject matter expert for team tools and resources Lead/attend regular calls with the TA team, business leaders and/or HRBP's. Lead project teams and execute initiatives across your direct TA team.Required Qualifications5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in a matrixed environment 3+ years in a lead recruiting role 2+ years of proven project management, reporting, and TA technology use expertise.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
