Job DescriptionUnder supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, this position is responsible for the management of employer group direct-to-consumer communications campaigns. As part of the Medicare sales enablement team, this position supports prospecting, lead acquisition and member engagement efforts during enrollment periods throughout the year, with the goal of educating and growing group retiree membership and retaining members. The Marketing Communications Account Manager works closely with account teams and external customers to strategically plan and execute the most effective communications experience for their retirees. It includes studying the customer, developing content, engaging with internal subject matter experts, product, clinical, brand and compliance constituents, and coordinating with procurement and production teams. Must be able to adhere to strict timelines to deliver the best possible product that aligns with customer needs, CMS guidelines, business strategy and positions Aetna favorably to retirees.Required QualificationsHybrid schedule required - Senior professional with 4+ years of related experience in communications, print/digital marketing and internal/external client relationships - Excellent written/verbal communications skills and passion for serving and understanding internal and external customers- Detail-oriented project management skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, building relationships with varying levels of the organization- Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere- Creative and strategic thinking skills to align with the business strategy and improve the member journey, including following business and competitive trends- Proactivity in meeting challenges with resourcefulness, critical thinking, and innovative approaches, while maintaining a high level of quality - Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategy and evaluation of return-on-investment (ROI)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Demonstration of high levels of teamwork and accountabilityCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
