Job DescriptionWill provide outstanding customer service to our business customers in the area of distributed desktop support (helpdesk support, desktop and server); in addition to implementing and supporting new technology andtools for users, while contributing to the profitability and success of the CompanyRequired Qualifications1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Products, Outlook, Word, Excel, Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.1+ years of customer service experience working in a call center, taking calls, logging tickets, friendly demeanor.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
