Job DescriptionWFH- 100% REMOTE - CAN WORK ANYWHERE IN THE USAs the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for our, Pharmacy Benefits Manager business, you will serve as the business lead driving the creation, development, and management of key strategies that supports hiring in our most critical business areas. This position is a highly visible and impactful role, interacting with the Senior Leaders in our PBM organization and other Senior HR leaders that will afford you the opportunity to showcase collaboration, strong operational expertise, team development, follow-through and results. Your success will be determined by the efficiency and speed in which we identify and hire talent, how the team operates and interacts with hiring leaders, in addition the candidate experience TA provides. Your ability to be a self-starter, with experience building strong relationships and a passion for both the approach and execution will contribute to your success. In this role, you will direct and manage a team of full life cycle recruiters, focused on hiring top talent within the PBM Business. You will operate in a fast paced, independent, yet supportive environment where the team works in partnership and inspires each other. You will also work with other groups such as the recruitment marketing team to create effective recruitment and employment branding campaigns.As an integral member of the PBM, Talent Acquisition team, you'll lead a team focused on strategically critical, difficult to fill roles that will make a difference in our competitive advantage. This team is responsible for strategic roles and capabilities and prides itself on developing strong networks, referrals and engaging otherwise "unavailable" talent in roles that are strategically critical to our business. The contributions you will make as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will elevate the talent around you and help find quality talent who wants to transform healthcare and help people on their path to better health. In addition, you may take on searches for hiring key leadership positions.Fundamental Components: Ability to create relationships internally with primary business groups and team members. Hiring, on-boarding, training of our new team members. Training is continual and must be a passion to help others learn, grow and continually strive to achieve goals. Development of strategies to help our Recruiters attract and hire talent for niche strategic and technical roles. Drive results across the team to achieve strong recruiting metrics. Tracking metrics and conducting trend analysis to aid in strategy development. Reporting and ability to tell a story using data. Monitor TA Audits and support team on correction. Ability to build trust, credibility and influence through your expertise in Talent Acquisition.Required Qualifications 5 + year's experience in a fast-paced, full lifecycle recruiting with proven experience delivering strategic and consultative recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace while building positive collaboration with the business, partners, in a matrixed environment 5+ years of experience with lead generation/sourcing/marketing, including the use of diverse strategies, technologies and tools. 3+ years of experience leading others (directly or indirectly) and/or Executive recruitment experience where strong communication skills, team member training & development and execution were required. 2+ years of experience with proven project management, reporting, and TA technology expertise.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
