Job DescriptionThe Senior Analyst - Cash and Controls (SA) is responsible for coordinating Trade Finance pharmaceutical rebate receivable processes, including accruals, collections, and client distributions of PBM and Specialty brand rebates, pricing contracts, mail purchase discounts, and programs. The SA supports day-to-day trade financial processes at the direction of the Sr. Manager, Invoice Support and Advisor, Cash and Controls, including ensuring financial targets (collection, reconciliations) are achieved in an accurate, timely, and complete manner. The SA reviews Analyst comments on collections and distributions, providing ongoing, directed feedback to ensure achievement of goals and proactive communication for escalation of issues. The SA tracks and reports Trade Finance metrics weekly by book of business, including data from GDX Cash Recon, SAP, and RPS. The SA supports reserve processes including coordinating, reviewing, and understanding Analyst updates in order to communicate and compile results to outside groups including senior management and Finance. The SA compiles and gathers documents and tests controls for audit requests and SSAE16 and SOX testing. The SA ensures Trade financial goals are collected and distributed annually, adhering to quality and internal controls, focusing on business partnershipsRequired Qualifications3+ years in a financial analysis role2+ years experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point).COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
