Job DescriptionSchedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm ESTThis is a position that will be partially work-at-home and partially onsite at Delta Airlines headquarters in Atlanta, so this candidate must be located in proximity to that location in Atlanta.As the EAP Service Coordinator, you will be in a high visibility, dedicated clinical role that will be onsite at Delta's national headquarters. This is an opportunity for you to add immediate value to our plan sponsor relationship with Delta. You will provide consistent, high quality consultations regarding worksite issues to account representatives, plan sponsors and employees. You will also: Coordinate onsite interventions for critical incidents Deliver EAP content to plan sponsor leaders Support the business relationship between Delta and CVS Health Manages high visibility and escalated plan sponsor needsRequired Qualifications Current valid unrestricted Licensed Practical Counselor - LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC or Licensed Medical Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT licensure Master's degree in a behavioral health field 3+ years of post-graduate behavioral health experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
