In this role, you will source, attract, screen, and partner in hiring marketing leadership talent that supports our CVS Health enterprise.What You Are Known For:-Your high level of commitment to delivering exceptional service to your hiring managers.-You artistically adapt your communications skills to your audience regardless of function, level, or expertise.-Your passion for using traditional tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) as well as your creativity in using newer breed social media tools & tactics to position yourself in front of your target This Role You Will:-Collaborate heavily with marketing business leaders, talent acquisition leaders, and HR Business Partners to deliver talent based on creativity, search mastery, and a passion for the mission of CVS Health. -Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to better understand drivers, the external talent pool, and immediate as well as long-term talent needs.-Refine your personal best practices in sourcing using CRM tool (we use Smashfly), social communities of practice, other newer breed tools available to our search team members, and LinkedIn Recruiter.-Build diverse pipelines for marketing roles across Healthcare, Specialty Pharmacy, PBM (Caremark), and Retail.This is a Contract full life-cycle recruiter role expected to span about 6 months.This role is 100% work at home. We expect our Contract Recruiters to materially invest 40 hours a week for CVS Health during core business hours.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in professional level recruiting for a large organization 1+ years of talent acquisition experience in hiring marketing professionals in or for Fortune based companies.2+ years of progressive recruiting techniques including direct sourcing of passive candidates, gathering competitive/market intelligence, job boards, leading-edge internet and social media recruiting techniques, and networking/referral generation.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
