We're looking for a creative, thoughtful and collaborative communications professional who can advise on how to communicate complex subjects, important information and company strategies through crisp and compelling multimedia that grabs the attention of our audiences and quickly and clearly shares messages that inspire them and explain how we are becoming the leading health services company for consumers.This role will report to the Executive Director, Editorial Strategy and Internal Digital Channels, and be responsible for guiding our approach to visual communication, including photographs, images, infographics, animations and other multimedia materials to enhance how we communicate through our internal and external channels, including our intranet, enterprise emails and social media. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external agencies to support the development of multimedia for digital and print in support of our enterprise communications campaigns. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in creating materials across a variety of formats that enhance our messaging, are fresh, sophisticated, drive audience engagement and understanding, and adhere to brand guidelines. Key responsibilities:tPartner closely with colleagues across the enterprise to advise on effective multimedia content and lead the development of digital and print multimedia materials in support of enterprise communications campaignstGuide the look and feel for visual elements of our editorial and social media contenttSupport the creation of images, curate and edit photographs, and develop infographics and animations in support of editorial content for our company intranet and leader social media channelstAdvise on the best approach for internal feature series that have multimedia elementstGuide and support the development of audio and video content for our intranet and leader social media channelstDevelop templates and guides for enterprise emails, including senior leader messages and newsletterstDevelop templates and guides for LinkedIn posts, and posts on other social media platforms tGuide the layout and appearance of editorial and evergreen intranet pages, including the home page and key landing pagestGuide colleagues in the creation and editing of images and photographstDevelop a strong familiarity with brand standards, and guide colleagues in adhering to those standardsThe ideal candidate has:tA proven track record of producing clear, powerful and engaging digital and print multimedia materials for a large organization or media enterprisetExperience developing intuitive and engaging designs and layouts for digital communications, including newsletters, websites and web pagestA deft touch for guiding others on the most effective ways of using multimedia to supplement and enhance communications materials and programstStrong conceptual thinking; ability to present concepts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner, articulate and defend creative choices, and collaborate and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partnerstExpert level proficiency with digital design programs such as the Adobe Creative Suite and digital design principles, including accessible design principles and applicationtExcellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmenttDemonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with other communication professionals toward a common goaltExcellent written and verbal communication skillstThe ability to effectively deliver in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment tExperience with web development is a plusRequired Qualifications 5+ years graphic design or multimedia development experience at a large organization, or in journalism, marketing or advertisingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
