Join us in our mission to lower health care costs, increase accessibility, and improve livesThe Lead Director, Data Driven Marketing and Business Planning, reports to the Vice President of B2B Marketing - Caremark. You are a strategic thought leader and change agent, with a passion for B2B client-centric marketing, and a deep understanding how to use data and analytics to make that a reality. You will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of a data-driven marketing strategy and operation. This covers everything from understanding who our customers are and delivering a strategic segmentation strategy, to working with the analytics team to leverage data for campaign targeting, deployment, and measurement. You will also be creating a never-been-done before opportunity model to help us find opportunities in the prospect and client base for highly personalized right time, right message, right channel dynamic marketing.This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with longer-term planning. A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment is required. We are looking for a sophisticated data driven marketing innovator and visionary who can bridge the analytics and marketing teams to create an entirely new mindset to marketing in this space. Create the vision and strategy for how we will leverage data to create a more innovative and intelligent marketing program Lead the partnership with our primary market research team to determine year learning plan and run research projects that connect dots across the business Help with annual planning process and tracking - ROI/CBA based business case development for new ideas Work cross-functionally to help prioritize analytics requests for marketing claims Envision and deliver measurement program with KPI dashboard and revenue attribution models to understand and track success of programs; specifically create attribution models for B2B marketing programs to report on value delivered to the business Budget tracking for full team, connected to results delivery and goal tracking Leverage results insights and other analytics to provide strategic recommendations for improvement Work with product team to develop client-facing reporting capabilities that are insightful and help our clients do their jobs more effectively, creating meaningful value for our clients Work with strategic marketers and analytics teams to create targeting strategy for campaign deployment Lead a culture of collaboration with marketing and field sales/account leaders to understand content needs, customer mindset, and growth opportunitiesRequired Qualifications 8+ years of experience creating and delivering data strategy and analytics to support B2B marketing programs in healthcare, PBM, financial services or other relevant B2B industry Ability to travel up to 15% of the time nationallyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. He or she will be highly effective at partnering and will understand how to collaborate, influence and drive impact across the organization.
