Join us in our mission to lower health care costs, increase accessibility, and improve livesThe B2B LifeCycle Marketing, Employer Segment - Lead Director reports into Caremark Segment Life Cycle Marketing and leads a team of 4 professionals. You are a strategic thought leader and change agent, with a passion for B2B client-centric marketing. You will be responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of a data-driven marketing program that will convert employer prospects to clients and convert clients to brand loyalists. You will own the holistic client experience, across all channels (email, site, social, phone & field, direct mail, etc.) and across all moments of the life cycle (prospect, early tenure, growth, customer loyalty, and attrition prevention). This is a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the successful candidate will enjoy balancing short-term needs with longer-term planning. A collaborative team mindset and the ability to build consensus in a cross-functional and highly matrixed environment is required. We are looking for a marketing innovator and visionary who can take the client and prospect experience to new heights.Responsibilities include: Create the vision and strategy for the Employer lifecycle marketing program, ensuring it is a cohesive and seamless channel client-centric experience, that is relevant and timely, and clearly demonstrates how CVS Health add values to client business outcomes Leverage primary research, data and analytics to define needs-based client segmentation and build on-going opportunity identification processes Ground the E2E life cycle marketing strategy in data science, and deliver tactical segment-specific programs that will support growth and revenue targets at every moment of the lifecycle Create prospect strategy through to campaign & program delivery that find best opportunities and warms and supports conversion Envision an early tenure experience that creates evangelists from first possible moments and through challenging experiences (implementation, etc) Ensure the tenured client program drives growth by leveraging data-driven approach to opportunity identification and conversion Create meaningful loyalty programs that will create more best-customers and deliver intervention tactics to prevent attrition when clients are at risk. Design a prioritization and communication process that enables marketing partners and sales to understand priorities, how to submit requests, and communicates clear status updates Own the client experience & cross-channel engagement calendar - ensure right message, right time, right channel Be bold and innovative, the enterprise is behind you Create measurement and reporting program, and leverage insights to refine strategy and inform go-forward approach Inspire, motivate, and lead a team of 4 colleagues to create the strategy with flawless execution Lead a culture of collaboration with marketing and field sales/account leaders to understand content needs, customer mindset, and growth opportunitiesRequired Qualifications +8 years of experience creating and delivering B2B life cycle marketing programs in healthcare, PBM or relevant B2B industryCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Experience specifically with cross channel approach to B2B marketing where the clients are in the fortune 500 Customer first mindset with proven expertise in data-driven B2B marketing programs and in account development marketing (e.g. marketing through field channels/ collaborating with sales and account development organizations) Experience creating client segmentation and personas for targeted personalize marketing Experience working with analytics teams to create opportunities identification analysis and designing results reporting packages Experience leading, with proven track record of creating followership and mentoring individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization Able to Navigate a Complex Organization: The ideal candidate will have worked effectively in an organization of considerable size, scope and complexity. He or she will be highly effective at partnering and will understand how to collaborate, influence and drive impact across the organization.
