Job DescriptionChange agent wanted The CVS Health Enterprise Health Solutions marketing team is seeking a Manager, Strategic Marketing who is curious, motivated and passionate about changing the healthcare landscape. We are uniquely positioned to deliver a bold, new approach to consumer-first health care, where access to primary and specialist physicians, urgent care, behavioral health, and pharmacy needs, are all made available through a seamless, integrated, and convenient consumer experience.Your goal will be to execute the B2B marketing for the Enterprise Health Solutions portfolio, which includes our COVID-19 offering, Return Ready. You will work closely and cross-functionally with Product Digital/UX, Insights, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, Brand, Aetna/Caremark/Retail Marketing and Sales Enablement functions and internal/external agencies to research and articulate the right messaging and positioning of Return Ready.Additionally, you will launch and maintain marketing materials, develop materials for the sales team, and support the marketing strategy, analytics, and tactics for ongoing product rollouts of Enterprise Health Solutions and Care Delivery.The Manager, Strategic Marketing will report to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Health Solutions Marketing.This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. with flexibility to work remotely or can be based out of the Wellesley, MA office. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes omni-channel marketing and is constantly inspired and excited by the ever-changing health care environment. This role is responsible for development of strategic recommendations and programs/campaigns to drive adoption of products and services that will positively impact people who are looking to manage their health - physical and mental. This role is meant for a marketer who knows how to turn user insights into user centric marketing and digital experiences. We're looking for colleagues who are ready to go over and above with every project. This role is at the intersection of product/service innovation and marketing. Being able to thrive and excel while working with highly dynamic, cross-functional teams is key to success. Work closely with internal partners to support strategic marketing for health services - consumer research, develop content messaging, and execute marketing tactics for B2B and B2C audiences. This work may involve collaborating with relevant teams across the CVS Health Enterprise to deliver campaigns and measure KPIs. Lead execution of all project deliverables including collaboration with external agencies and internal subject matter experts in Product, Network, Brand, Operations, Legal and Compliance. Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships to successfully drive efficiencies and aid in the seamless execution of strategic, metrics-focused marketing campaigns. Deploy campaigns and work with the analytics team to track progress across both digital and traditional channels and report performance regularly.Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing-related positions Demonstrated B2B and/or B2C marketing experience Experience successfully working in cross functional/matrix teams Experience in Healthcare or related field would be a bonus Proven track record as a valued teammate Strategic thinkingCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
