Job DescriptionThe GPS Program is currently managing four major migrations with addition of Medicaid in 2023. We need support and reporting expertise in order to perform reporting, analytics and details below.The Reporting/Analytics Lead will join the GPS Change Management and Analytics Team to support program metrics and success criteria definition and measurement. This includes targeting efficiency improvements, understanding system adoption, root cause analysis and trending, and providing meaningful metrics to ensure the program is working on the right things at the right time. This position is extremely hands on, and will require continuous collaboration/consultation with leaders, contributors, and various stakeholders to ensure the desired business transformation is defined and achieved. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detailed oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment.Required QualificationsThis position requires a confident self-assured leader with a proven track record in developing and using analytics to impact change. The candidate will need to quickly develop an understanding of the program, business mission and long-term goals to identify a strategy with a strong desire to learn and want to continuously improve. Required Qualifications: - Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills - Design and creation of visual tools to align metrics with strategic priorities (e.g. performance and adoption dashboards.) - Analysis of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems. - Advanced ability to transform data, understand patterns, and draw conclusions in a hypothesis driven approach to analysis. - Ability to design creative solutions while always thinking about the big picture. - Translating business terms into complex reporting and data requirements into simplified business needs and requirements. - 2+ years of analytics tools/languages such as Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, etc. to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources. - 2+ years' experience with data warehouse platforms and/or Hadoop. - Proven project management skills. - Experience presenting complex data and analysis to non-technical audiences, and providing different views for different levels (e.g. executive vs. end user) - Willingness/ability to learn and/or explore certification on various systems/methodologiesCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
