We always put the consumer at the center of everything we do.We are currently seeking Strategic Reporting Analyst for CVS Analytics Strategy and Operations team with a background in project management, resource planning, budgeting, and process improvement. This role will help support staff augmentation and operations for CVS Analytics team. In this role you will partner with Analytics leads and help develop & implement strategies to support our growth through effective and efficient staff augmentation.Strategic thinking skills, drive to solve problems, a high degree of organization, data-oriented analytical abilities, and project management experience are key attributes that you will bring to the table. Your can-do attitude, a proclivity to lead and drive, and a flexible digital skillset will be key components of our success.Position Summary:Responsible for efficiently and effectively executing specific requirements in support of the staff augmentation process for the Analytics Strategy and Operations this role you will: Maintain project timelines and status reports, communicate key milestones and risks to stakeholders Create budgets and forecasts for contingent worker program. Review budgets and forecasts with business partners and translate them into actions. Partner with Analytics vertical leads to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements Support business partners and vendors to ensure all communications and tasks are completed within a reasonable timeline Identify recurring process issues and work with manager to find solutions and initiate improvements to mitigate future recurrence Work with business partners to create and design internal reporting solutionsThis position will be onsite/hybrid model 2x/week every other week (4x/month) in our NYC Soho office.Required Qualifications 3 or more years of project management or strategic reporting experience High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas: index/match, v-lookup, sum product; pivot tables; analysis) Clear and effective communicator Takes initiative and ownership of tasks and projectsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
